I have just started looking at properties in the Pioneer Valley and am not in a position to comment on "Local Knowledge", "Process expertise", or "Negotiation skills", as we haven't gotten to that point yet. I will say that from my experience thus far, Shawn has been very responsive to my inquiries, and is very easy to work with, not pushy, (which I dislike). Though I am usually able to reach him at once, if I don't, he gets right back to me. Based on what I've seen, I would be highly likely to recommend Shawn to others!

Shawn was great and helped my husband and I close on our condo and close on our new house all on the same day! Knows the area well and was easy to work with!

He was really great, and helpful. My wife and I had a great time looking at houses with him. The whole process of finding a home we painless. Which was great he just made it so easy for us. I highly recommend hin if your finding a house.

Shawn was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking. Shawn was flexible, arranging showings weekends and evenings to suit my work schedule, and arranging repeat visits to homes I was interested in. It is my pleasure to be able to write this recommendation for Shawn Bowman. <br/><br/>He is the ONLY realtor I recommend to others, and he is the ONLY realtor who will handle my future Real Estate needs. <br/><br/>When I decided to sell my house, I first consulted the most well-known realtors in the area. They were all affiliated with the easily-recognized real estate franchise giants in the industry. I was very disappointed by the numbers that these well-established veterans quoted me. They simply wanted me to ask for less than the house was worth. They seemed to discount or ignore important details that made my house more valuable than the ones they were comparing it to in their market analyses. Plus, some of them had a lackadaisical and flippant attitude and seemed to give no credence to my opinion or suggestions.<br/><br/>Shawn was different: He saw the value in my house.
