From the moment I met Tamara, I knew she was the professional I wanted to work with. She was organized, responsive, and had a plan that made sense. Tamara was collaborative. She worked with me to help me prepare my house to go on the market. She explained every step of the process. She made sure I didn't spend extra money to make my home presentable. She took time to get to know me, to get to know my property, so she could help potential buyers understand its potential. Whenever I reached out to her, she immediately responded. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she let me know, and she found out the answer. She handled everything for me, and she made sure my needs were met, understood, and taken into consideration every step of the way. When decided together that a smaller dining table would be a better fit for the home, Tamara not only helped me locate a used one, she helped me pick it up and put it together. I cannot recommend Tamara highly enough. She knows the market, cares about her clients -- and she cares about the folks on the other side of the deal, too. Working with Tamara was a refreshing experience. My went into escrow in less than a week and closed within 22 days.

We have worked with many different realtors to both buy and sell. Tamara (and her business partner Darren) are far and away the best that we have worked with. I can say without hesitation that we had no complaints working with the two of them and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a realtor. We worked with Tamara and Darren to sell our house. The house needed a bit of work to be ready to sell and the work involved in coordinating was considerable. Before we could even begin to stress about this, Tamara and Darren let us know that they would take care of all of this. My experience with previous agents led me to be a bit cynical about this, but true to their word Tamara and Darren alleviated every bit of stress for us that they could. They contacted plumbers, painters, repairmen, stagers, etc. Quotes were collected and presented to us. Once we reviewed and gave the OK, Tamara and Darren coordinated the work and timelines to be sure we would be ready to list as soon as possible. They checked in on the home when we were unable to and just went above and beyond. They were a calming influence when we faced unexpected challenges and always offered insights and options without judgement. Their strategies in marketing, staging, and listing the home resulted in a quick sale at over 20% of the list price! We could not be more happy with Tamara. You'll be lucky to have her on your side.

This beautiful gorgeous home is ready to be your next home, the master suite is spacious and the master bath features an oversized tub and separate shower. kwe Fireplace, large tile, carpet and hardwood flooring. The kitchen has granite counter tops and tall maple cabinets with under cabinet lightin...pet are also welcome in my house.

Tamara is the 6th realtor we've worked with since buying and selling a home in St. Louis, MO; relocating to Los Angeles; and most recently moving to Toronto, Canada. Without a doubt, Tamara was the most professional, superior realtor that we've had the pleasure to work with. She was tremendously responsive and very proactive. We had owned our home in Encino for <1 year and were worried about losing money. In less than 24 hours after inquiring with her directly, Tamara and her colleague, Darren, arrived at our home with a polished market analysis booklet. We took some time to contemplate the decision - there are numerous options in SoCal for a realtor and the gravity of such concerned my husband and me. In the end, we were most fortunate and lucky to have found Tamara. 2-days after listing with her, we accepted an above-ask offer. I never would have dreamed that we would have made profit and sold the house within hours.
