As a first time home buyer tanya helped every step of the way. Explaining everything in detail makings the whole process as easy as possible for me. She was available whenever I had questions and stayed on top of every aspect of the home buying process. At first it seemed like an overwhelming process but with her help it turned into an overall great experience.

Tanya is amazing! Extremely professional and added a beyond personal touch to the relationship. She really gets to know you and has an extensive knowledge for her chosen passion as a realtor. Honest and forthcoming in providing guidance to finding a new house to call home. Focused on making sure I purchased a home I loved and listened to my list of wants. Always put my needs as high priority and made sure it was the right purchase for me. Highly recommended and an extraordinary experience for using a realtor for the first time.

Tanya showed me all the homes I requested and also others that were within my list of must haves. Her negotiations were always in my best interest and she was very helpful and informative. She referred me to my lender and they worked very close to help me get the home of my dreams. She’s wonderful.

Just moved here in December of 2017 it's been 8 months and I love my new home. Tanya has been amazing in helping me find a home and negotiate the best terms as far as pricing on homes. Shes great at what she does and enjoys just helping you with whatever you need at any time.
