I had my first grandchild in June and wanted to relocate from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh to be close to him and family. I was looking for a realtor that could work with me while I was living out of the area. Tarasa was highly recommended to me as being responsive, accommodating and solution oriented. As soon as we met, I knew she was a perfect fit for me. She quickly took action and arranged for me to tour some homes. She worked with my schedule, meeting with me on weekends and taking my calls into the evening. Tarasa has a lovely style. She is personable and never pressured me. She was able to give me sound advice about negotiating as I have not bought a house in over twenty-five years. When the owners accepted by offer she was genuinely excited for me. The day of closing she bought me a lovely basket of goodies and included a gift for my new grandson. She even dressed up in costume since the closing was in the month of October. I would recommend Tarasa to anyone who is looking for a home. She is very smart, savvy and makes the experience fun.

Tarasa did a phenomenal job helping us sell my mother's house after she passed. She said what she thought the house could see for. Once we had the house emptied, she put it on the market. The house went on market on Monday. She had six people look at the house on Tuesday. On Wednesday, she sent me 6 offers on the house. We had a bidding war, and we sold the house for more than we asked. I definitely will recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a house
