Gina is hands down the best agent in the business. Buying, selling doesn't matter if you don't hire Gina you will regret it. She knowledgeable and gets you the best deal physically possible. There is a lot of talk that say they can get the job done, especiallyin todays housingmarket. Gina backs up everything she says and more. You all here the Comercials, belive me when I tell you it isn't just lip service. Gina thank you for everything. I'm praying I don't have to move again especially from Florida but if I do you will be my first call.

Gina was very straightforward, she helped me set an asking price that was realistic and would encourage a timely sale. Provided step-by-step what needed to be done. Kept me informed as to when the photos would be done, when the listing would go live, and when offers were made. She never made me feel as if the questions I had were “dumb” and responded quickly. She was very easy to work with, and the house did sell in less than a week after being listed! The radio ads are right on the target.

I cannot praise Gina enough! I met with her early on, at the referral of my cousin, to see what I needed to do to get my house ready to list. She looked through my house, came prepared with comps, and talked me through what I needed to do & what to expect. She then sent me emails with pointers etc. and backed off until I was ready. Once I gave her the go, she had pictures scheduled for Wednesday, the listing was live on Thursday and open house was scheduled for Sunday. I had a full price offer within 48 hours of listing. But that wasn't good enough for Gina. She told the agent to make it worth it for her to cancel the open house, so she got me an additional $10k over list price and we were under contract that night! Gina knows what she is doing, is no nonsense and gets it done!
