If you wish to purchase a home, or sell one, your first step towards a successful transaction would be to engage Teresa Fraiser. Not because she knows all the “right people” or has her finger on the pulse of the marketplace. There are a lot of individuals who fit this bill. What sets Teresa apart from the rest is what we used to call the “American Charter”. A Charter that puts accountability at the top of things important. But she has so many other traits: wisdom, diplomacy, and integrity, all a part of what makes her such a successful businesswoman. Teresa’s drive doesn’t end with her success in the business world. The wonderful part about Teresa’s ambition is that it is not simply about herself. Teresa has an ambition to make a contribution. A contribution to her profession, her community, and her country. She has the unusual combination, I believe, of perseverance, strength, and loyalty that drive her to be successful in whatever responsibility she undertakes. Anyone, that is fortunate enough to engage Teresa will look back in the future and remember with gratitude the day she helped you buy your home, or sell your existing home. She did both of us.

Teresa listed our beloved home and was beyond stellar. She was prompt to respond whenever we had questions and always went the extra mile to make sure we were informed about the escrow process. I recommend her HIGHLY!

Teresa is Awesome! She is very knowledgeable and has extremely good instincts about real estate and the market in general. We originally called her to talk to her about possibly listing our two properties in a few months. She recommended that if we were really considering selling that we should probably do it sooner than later, so we took her advice and it definitely paid off! She was super easy to talk to and we never felt pressured to make any decisions we were unsure about. We trusted her expertise throughout the entire process and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We really enjoyed the whole experience and would highly recommend Teresa to anyone!

Teresa was a Godsend!!!!! My husband and I bought our first home recently and had no idea what we were doing. Teresa made the process so so smooth and was there every step of the way to walk us through everything. She also had tons of knowledge about the local market and great referrals that helped make the process a seamless. I’ve heard so many horror stories about purchasing a home but honestly Teresa made the process easy and enjoyable. I was shocked at how smooth everything went! I can not recommend Teresa more!!

Kaylie was such a delight to work with! She was an absolute expert in the area and very responsive to all our needs. I would absolutely work with her again and cannot recommend her enough to those looking at properties in the Mammoth area!
