Vanessa helped us purchase a house in Mammoth Lakes without us having seen the house. She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to provide us with as much accurate information about the house as possible. She negotiated with the sellers on many points until closing day and helped us with multiple items even after closing. cannot have hoped for a better agent. We met her in person for the first time only when we arrived in Mammoth to take possession of the house. She is as delightful in person as on the phone and on email. An A+ real estate agent. Vanessa demonstrates the rare combination of strong professionalism (including proactivity and thorough and clear communication), along with a calm and friendly approach. She shows urgency, and patience when needed. She is thoughtful about the details of the transaction, but more importantly, she is thoughtful about the people involved, on all sides. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone selling or buying in Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding area.

Super impressed with Vanessa's expertise, commitment and performance as she just sold our condo in Mammoth. The usual issues arose during the process but Vanessa handled them professionally and competently. She was always there for us which was important. I would use Vanessa again in a moment. We were glad to have her on our side.

Vanessa has gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect house for our family. She was extremely helpful throughout the process whether it was helping us to narrow down what was important to us to find in a home, quickly responding to emails, texts and phone calls, patiently showing us a wide variety of homes, and even navigating a tricky escrow experience during the March lockdown. She continues to be supportive to us with local information and new homeowner questions. She is kind, patient and diplomatic in stressful situations. Basically, she is your dream realtor. We can't recommend her enough.

Vanessa is the best agent I have worked with in the last 40 years. She is super-attentive, smart, knowledgeable and gets the job done. In September-October 2020, she was our agent for the purchase of a condo and the sale of our prior condo. Both deals hit the normal glitches with our sellers/buyers but Vanessa worked them out quickly and smoothly. She knew market values and her advice was perfect. We closed both deals in under 30 days, which is amazing considering the need for lender approval. Vanessa knew who the best local lenders were for our buyers and was able to get an appraiser to the property in under 2 weeks. I’ve worked with many other agents over the years. I’m a law professor with a career in real-estate finance and I teach property law. Vanessa is the first agent I’ve used who actually understood real estate law and practice. I could sit back and let her handle everything. In addition to her professional qualities, Vanessa is a really pleasant and nice person. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends & family.
