Teresa has been an angel sent from above for our family. The last few months have been a nightmare for us and for our property. We have experienced everything from mold, to major reconstruction/remediation, construction shortages, tenant problems, all while going through a pandemic. Every step of the way, Teresa has been there for us. Teresa sold our house and has helped us through all the challenges going far above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us reach our goal. It was only though Teresa’s guidance, advice, connections, communication, and hard work that we have successfully closed escrow. Thank you so much Teresa, you have been our lifesaver, we couldn’t have done it without you!

This review is overdue!! Teresa came highly recommended from my parents since she had already helped them with another home. I honestly believed we were not going to be able to get a home. Since day one Teresa made it happen! She had us looking a properties and answering all our questions. She would always answer each and every question and phone call/text. There are not enough words to describe Teresa’s dedication and hard work. She listened to what we were looking for and kept our hopes going. We did not have much knowledge about buying a home, but Teresa held our hand through it all. After a month, we are first time home buyers! I am so thankful for Teresa and all her hard work! She really puts her clients first and we cannot thank her enough for making our dreams come true! She’s part of our family and are grateful for everything she did for us. I recommend her to anyone I know because she is the best there is!

Teresa was an extremely nice lady to work with and very easy going. She's always in a good mood and willing to talk to you and help you out whenever you call or text her. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants to see them happy. But besides her being nice, she has a tough side to negotiate and get things done right. Great personality, communicates well, and she will never back down when it comes to negotiating. I truly recommend her.

Teresa had a positive reputation in our area prior to choosing her to represent us. We now know why Teresa had this reputation after selling our home. She far exceeded our expectations by demonstrating a friendly yet extremely professional demeanor at all times which resulted in making what can be a very stressful event of selling a home into a streamlined experience without any surprises. This was due to her knowledge and expertise of our area and her negotiation skills. She handled all aspects of the sale of our home in a very responsive manner and would recommend Teresa to any of our family members or friends that would need to sell or buy a home !
