Terrance is an amazing real estate agent. My wife and I were recommended to him by a friend. As first time home buyers, Terrance had insightful information and was able to accurately answer all of our questions. Terrance is a great and fast communicator; we were able to find a house in a high-demand market, put in an offer and got accepted all within a week with Terrance's guidance. He is very polite, professional, accomodating and super easy to work with. He listened to all of our wants, concerns and comments when looking for a house. He used his wealth of experience to provide advice and observations on details that we missed when doing open houses. Terrance also has great references for inspectors, contractors, mortgage lenders, etc. we cannot recommend Terrance enough; our experience with Terrance was exceptional.

Terrance is simply amazing . This is the second time that we have used his services. The first time he helped us sell our condo immediately and the second time he helped us find our forever home. He was always so prompt, patient and informative. Working with him wasn’t like working with your typical real estate agent it felt like you were working with family. I highly recommend Tereance to anyone who’s interested in selling and/or purchasing a home. HE IS THE BEST THIS INDUSTRY HAS TO OFFER!

Terrance Mayo did a terrific job for us. He got us in to see every house we wanted to see, even on short notice, and worked hard to track down houses that were not even yet on the market. He was flexible, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of our many requirements. His knowledge of the area was a great asset for us, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our search. I recommend Terrance wholeheartedly.

I waited a while to write a review to remove the emotion from the experience. I believe in reviews as they are real life experiences for people. Real Estate agents play a huge role in the lives of people buying or selling and they are expected to be responsive, reliable and professional. I unfortunately did not receive that from Terrance. My entire process was horrible, mind you this is my third property that I sold within a year and in comparison to everyone else he was less than mediocre. Several buyers agents were in and out more than Terrance was. He did not go above and beyond to help me. If I did not have knowledge of Real Estate myself I would have been in major trouble. I was out of state, Terrance did not even show at my closing not to mention there was 5k error that went towards the buyer in the closing paperwork that I had to catch because he did not review or address. He had me rush from out of state to get everything out of the house and the close date moved not once but four times. I really felt like I paid someone that did not earn their pay. I was suppose to close in Dec and did not close until 2/9. Even with all the craziness that he admitted to, a decent man would have sent a card saying "Thank you for your patience" or something. Even my other realtor that had a seamless closing sent a bottle of wine aka goodie basket from out of state and thanked me for my business. In a horrible situation I got NOTHING for the thousands of dollars I paid him was not worth a dollar card. From the miscommunications, lack of effort at times , 5k overlooked closing paperwork and him not being at closing I would NEVER recommend him as he was not a partner in this sell of my home.

As first time home buyers coming from a foreign country, we were on the look for a home with no experience of this process. Terrance never left any questions unanswered, provided us with great recommandations and made himself available to meet both our professional schedules. He is professional, flexible and trustworthy. He guided us through every step, gave us his honest opinion and together we were able to make this dream come true respecting the budget we had. It was a pleasure working with him, we would definitely recommend his service to any family or friends on the look for a new house. Thanks Terrance for the outstanding service!
