We have used Terri for THREE home purchases over several years! From our beginnings as newlyweds in our first small home all the way through graduating to a proper homestead with a big family, Terri has proven again and again to be available, knowledgeable, and personable. She made every showing on time, provided a wealth of insight into each home, and handled complex transactions with her partners (ESPECIALLY our last one, a contingency on a contingency!). If that wasn't enough, and what leads me to recommend her at five stars instead of four, was the sincere, personal touch that she gave my family every time. She prays for all of her clients and genuinely cares for them. We found Terri through a chance encounter by a friend of mine at a bank, but you have the privilege of internet search and finding reviews like this! This was our first house to sell and did not know all of the processes. Terri took the time and explained what we need to do and what she would do for us. Terri was very knowledgeable and professional and helped us make informed decision about selling our house. No matter what we encountered as a possible issue, she always had an solutions. I could not ask for a more efficient and reliable Real Estate professional than Terri Strecker.

Terri is the best realtor we have ever used, she helped us find our home in Colorado Springs and then sell it for top dollar 6 years later. We have bought and sold 7 or 8 homes. Terri is a true professional and has the knowledge, ability, exerptise and caring required to buy or sell your home.

Terri was recommended by our friends, who told us she did an amazing job helping them find (and build) their first home. We tried Terri ourselves and have been so blessed to have had her help! She is super knowledgeable (her husband builds houses, so she's got a larger breadth of experience than your typical real estate professional), and she supported us throughout the entire 7+ month journey to find, build, and close on our home. We lived out of state, and I was deployed for most of the experience, but she was flexible, adaptable, and engaged. We could not have bought and built our dream home without her. She was always quick to respond to text/email, helped us fight back when needed with the builder/lender, answered my calls from the Middle East, and helped us do our final inspection and closing over Facetime. If you have a crazy situation like us, you need a professional like Terri.. though she's perfect for normal situations too. ;) From knowing and working with Terri over half a year, I can guarantee that she will live up to your expectations.
