I am not easily impressed. BUT, Let me applaud Brian Boger, who demonstrated and executed all aspects of these transactions in an elite professional manner. His knowledge, communication, willingness to help and his will to go the extra mile is unprecedented. We had one hiccup with a contractor. The Negotiated work to be completed under the contract was not completed as expected. Initially, the contractor quoted work that didn’t include all repairs needed, due to their inspection failure. Needless to say, now more work is needed. Brian graciously talked to the company trying to negotiate. I received another quote to further address their unseen issues. Ends up they gave us a small discount. Beside that hiccup, everything when very smoothly. Brians team went the extra mile. Thank you HREA team!!!!
