You expect your agent to be professional. When you get pr0fessional service with attention to detail, coupled with excellent responsiveness and an agent who listens to your preferences you have an outstanding partner in your real estate projects. Sandra Gosselin was all of the above and more. What pleasure to work with. She caught the seller's mistakes, had contacts throughout the community, and with a deep knowledge of building was able to provide a perspective not found with many agents. Diane took some beautiful photos of our home in the historic Brick Project in Bath. We barely had time to blink before we accepted an offer way over the asking price. There was also a backup offer just over the asking price that afternoon. Diane’s negotiations on our behalf resulted in a fair and reasonable counter offer from the buyers’. No sooner had we drawn breath, Diane had a contract for us on the condo we wanted to buy and we are now settled in our new home less than a month after we started.

Diane and particularly Sandi in my case were professional, friendly and totally organized. Sandi never tired of trying to help me find my little house and she never faltered when negotiating the sale of my former place. I always felt as if I were in the most capable hands. Sandi and Diane listened to me and my needs and they suggested many things as this was not their first run around the barn! Seamless and pretty painless.....and maybe enjoyable is what I would call the experience. I have bought and sold a few houses, and this was by far the best experience yet!
