Erica is the absolute best person to have on your team for the journey of buying a home. We were both so clueless going in, but Erica guided us through as our advocate. She is so knowledgeable and communicative! She was there for us every step of the way and we are so lucky to know her. We will be using her for any housing needs we have going forward. My family becomes quite emotional when they think about the Hart Real Estate family. You're right: Lori, Tim, and Annamarie are part of our family. They assisted us from the start of our journey when we moved to Bozeman (2020), Montana, from Brazil and decided to purchase our first home in the United States during the pandemic year. Lori was so accurate, knowledgeable, and helpful that my family felt comfortable with her team during a time when the entire globe was terrified and had no idea what would happen. However, with her divine assistance, we purchased our first home, and her family became a part of our journey. Denise Carr of Hart Real Estate Solutions did a fantastic job helping us buy a home for our family in Bozeman.
