Thaddeus handled both the sale of our former home and the purchase of our new home. Doing all this in the middle of a pandemic, with a toddler, was not an easy task. Thaddeus made it seem easy. He sold our house quickly and for more than we expected. The stock of houses was quite limited, but Thaddeus made sure we got in to see any house that popped up as soon as possible. We saw at least a dozen houses from Bel Air to Fulton, so this was no easy task. Issues we experienced during the process were caused by other entities and handled with aplomb by Thaddeus. We never want to move again but, if we did, we would definitely call Thaddeus again.
