I would recommend Tim to anyone who is searching for a realtor! I had the pleasure of working with Tim Schepers for the both the sale of my condo and the purchase of a new home! My fiancé and I couldn't be more impressed with Tim’s professionalism and expertise. He listened to our many preferences, and offered helpful and realistic advice. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable, providing us with insights that I wouldn't have found elsewhere. Tim is a very personable and likable guy. He handled the sale of our house in a very professional manner and sold it in just a few days. He communicated well with us and was prompt in answering our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him.

Tim is an exceptional realtor. He has a combination of skills that are unmatched. We came to rely on his knowledge in every aspect of our home sale. Add to that his responsiveness and professionalism and you have a recipe for a positive experience. Also the ability to speak candidly with him due to the comfort he gave us during this process put our minds at ease that he was on our side and wanted the best outcome for us. I cannot say enough positive things about Tim. Tim helped me purchase my first home ever and he also helped me sell it. Life can be pretty crazy and when mine took a turn for the worst Tim was right there to offer any assistance he could. I needed to move to Beloit WI because of a family emergency in August/September. And Tim was able to get my house sold within 3 days and the house closed within a month. The communication and extremely quick response time was outstanding with Tim. He is overall just a great guy and helped me more than he could ever imagine. If you want a guy who truly cares and is not just in it for the money then Tim is the guy you want.
