Tom was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. This is my 5th home I have purchased and the first with Tom. His knowledge of the area and the market is unmatched. I moved from out of state and was very skeptical and hesitant to work with anyone. I would send him lists of houses to see and he knew what I would and wouldn’t like (based on our conversation) and would only show me homes that met my needs. He never tried to push a house on me that I wouldn’t want, or an area that I would be unhappy with. I have complete trust and respect for Tom. Would not recommend anyone else other than him. By far the best in the business!!

We met with Tom in late February to discuss listing our home. Right away we knew that we would be listing with Tom. Over the next couple of weeks we heeded his advice and removed some of our decorations and personal items preparing for the listing photos. The photographer was very professional and the house looked great. Out home went on the market on March 13, 2023 and had our first showing that same day. We were on the market for 17 days, had 24 showings, and accepted an offer on April 1st. Tom was with us all the way as we navigated the process involved to get us to closing, and we closed on our home last week. We recommend Tom to anyone considering buying or selling a home, whether you are a homeowner who is seasoned in the buying and selling process, or if you are new to the process and need advice all along the way. We couldn't be more please with Tom Hocker!

Tom was awesome to work with! He played a vital role in providing us with the support and guidance we needed as our family relocated to the Charlotte area. We worked with him not only to buy our first home in the area but also to sell our home years later with an incredible offer. Thanks to Tom, we now live in our "forever" home in an amazing neighborhood that meets all our family's needs, including a beautiful yard for our kids.
