Are you looking to buy or sell a house in the Murfreesboro area? Look no further, because Tony Crabtree will take care of you! My wife and I met Tony when we decided we should look in to owning instead of renting. With no clue what we were doing, we went to an open house. We missed the open house, but gave the realtor a call to see if the house was still available. This was how we met Tony. The house had already sold, but Tony offered to sit down and walk two kids (who had no clue what they were getting into) through the entire process. A few days later we were pre-approved and looking for our new home. Tony was there EVERY step of the way. We went so far as to send him houses at midnight and he had an appointment ready by 8:00 the next morning. We were in a position that isn’t typical. Not only was this our first house, but every problem you can think of was thrown at us throughout the entire process. After about three months of searching and making a few offers, we were five days away from closing. Then the terrible news came: our loan had fallen through. Long story short, our budget was cut by about 1/3 overnight. We were heartbroken. But Tony wasn’t. Tony took it in stride and immediately started the process over again. At one point there were less than 12 houses in all of Murfreesboro that were in our new price range. Tony meticulously combed through them all and every new house that came on the market for weeks. He refused to give up on the two kids that called his cell on a random Sunday afternoon. Now, those two kids are homeowners and have made a lifelong friend. Thank you for everything you did for us, Tony!

STOP AND READ! If you are buying a home, it is one of the most important purchases you will ever make. As well as being one of the most expensive. You want someone in your corner who knows the process, and will fight for you every step of the way. Someone who truly cares, and knows its more than a house for you, its your home. Tony Crabtree is that person. He will go above and beyond, advocate for your wants and needs, and treat you with respect and dignity. We were first time home buyers, and he broke down every step of the process, ask question we didn't know we needed to ask, and walked by us through the entire process. Without him, I am not sure what we would have done. Buying a house is already stressful enough, it was great to know that someone had our back, and was watching out for us during the process. If you need a realtor, you found him.

Tony helped us purchase our first investment property. Tony's personal knowledge as an experienced real estate investor coupled with his high level of responsiveness and service made the entire process stress-free. Tony was extremely helpful during the experience of selling our first home, and we could not have been in better hands. Tony was very responsive to any question we had, and diligent at ensuring we were looked out for in the process of negotiation with buyers. Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling their home, to work with Tony.
