I was so fortunate to have found Tracie Conyers. She assisted me in finding the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was incredibly patient with me during the entire process and never faltered. I was impressed with Tracie's professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring I was satisfied with my final decision on my new place. All throughout the negotiations and closing Tracie was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. In short, Tracie was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Tracie was that she was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and a finding home that met my needs. I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience with Tracie Conyers was awesome! She helped me day in and day out no matter what time of day or night it was. I can be a little irritating at times asking too many questions but for her it wasn't a problem. Times i got discouraged she lifted my spirit back up and gave me hope. I have referred her to every one i know!!! Tracie helped make my dream come true. I am finally a first time home buyer! !
