A gold star real estate agent with meticulous attention to detail, attentiveness to customer needs, and hustle and tenacity that I have never seen before in another human being. But what truly amazes me and what sets Nina apart is her integrity and the rapport she builds with her clients. In just a few meetings, I knew I could reliably trust her recommendations and I never had to doubt Nina’s ability to deliver. We must clone Nina because we need more agents like her! Would highly recommend her to family, friends, and strangers alike. It was an honor to have a real estate agent like Nina and I would 1000% work with her again!

Nina was amazing from beginning to end. She's attentive, professional, enthusiastic, and just a pleasure to work with. She listened to our requests and provided honest and unbiased feedback. She is extremely trusthworthy and we won't hesitate to use he again for any of our future real estate needs. She's awesome!

Nina was awesome as our buying agent. When we found a home that we loved, we were told that there were 6 other proposals and had a deadline by 7pm that night. Nina met with us immediately to create a proposal. She gave us great advice to have a competive offer and helped us turn in our offer on time. She was great throughout the whole process and made sure to address our concerns. She was very knowledgable and always followed up our questions with the sellers and the lending company. She is super sharp and very professional. We would definitely recommend her! Thank you Nina!

I recently moved back to VA from overseas on very short notice and friends who were working with Nina referred her to me with high praise. It was well deserved. Nina worked above and beyond with my tight time schedule and many pets to find the perfect rental. Not only is she a lovely person, but she listens, responds promptly, and goes out of her way to make her clients happy. I plan on purchasing a home at the end of my lease and am looking forward to working with Nina again.

I worked with Nina twice, once as a selling agent and once as a buying agent. She was perfect both times. Her understanding of the current market, the rules and regs, other companies to use for this and that were superb. But most of all, she made me feel comfortable about the process - always responding immediately to our questions and needs, and more importantly HONEST with us the whole way. If we were nervous about something, Nina found the answer. She was very professional at all times and definitely an agent that I could trust to look out for OUR best interests, not like others who are only looking out for their wallets.
