We interviewed two real estate agents before we went with Doreen. I can tell you her hard work, professionalism, and dedication to us (her clients) was unparalleled and personally impactful. She earned our trust and respect throughout the process. Simply put, some people show up to work to punch their 9-5, others show up and strive for excellence. Doreen was certainly the latter.

We connected with Doreen through the military USAA realtor referral program and couldn't have been happier. Doreen is a former military spouse and has lived in the NOVA area for many years. Her knowledge of the market made our ability to react to upcoming house sales in a proactive and competitive manner. Through Doreen's stellar negotiation skills we were able to secure our 'dream home' within budget and close with 30 days. Doreen went over and beyond to ensure the entire transaction was seamless as possible. We highly recommend Doreen Gagne as a real estate agent. She took a personal interest in our search, after finding a wonderful house for our daughter. She is very receptive to questions and promptly responds to emails and messages. Her follow-up is excellent, and she is skilled at advocating for us with other agents. She had our best interest in mind in advising us, and we feel very fortunate to have been able to work with such a conscientious professional.

I highly, highly recommend Doreen to serve as your home-buying expert! As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were nervous about the whole process, but she continued to say, "Let me do the worrying for you." She held my hand (and my infant son at times) whenever I needed it. Doreen is knowledgeable of the housing market and neighborhoods, responsive (I could call/text at any time), and I always felt like she had my family's best interest in mind. Thank you, Doreen!

Doreen is Super Cool, well knowledge, Military and Veteran friendly Realtor I have ever met. She made our 1st Home buying process super easy and briefly explained what and when to expect from the beginning in a simple way so that we had ample time to collect all the documents for Mortage Lender and VA. She understands needs and expectation of the house of both Spouses and Children's communicates frequently, follows up and makes House Hunting and Buying process super Fun.
