Jill is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with! She is very efficient, personable, well educated, thinks outside the box and is a problem solver. All of these attributes seem to be necessary to sell a piece of property these days and Jill far exceeded our expectations.

Very knowledgeable and close to the market when/where it counts. We had to amend our original offer and finally withdraw due to another property that came on the market and that was accomplished with all the intermediaries involved - and closed.
