I had been talking about moving for several years, but was always hesitant to leave sunny San Diego! Then I was offered an amazing deal out of state on a new build, contingent offer, that I could not turn down! However, that meant I had to rush to get my condo "show ready", list it, show it, negotiate, etc with limited time! Ulises was AMAZING during this process!!! He knew how stressed out I was, and did everything to keep me informed, calm, and on track! With his expertise, we only did showings for one weekend and were in escrow after just a week on the market! We even sold well over the list price! AND this was during the winter! No matter what your situation or what time of year, call on Ulises and he'll get the job done! HIGHLY recommended!!

Our non edited, honest review of Ulises Vera. Ulises knocked on my door 3-4 years ago inquiring if I was interested in selling my townhouse. At the time I was not but knew that eventually I would be. He was persistent without being pushy over the next 4 years, sending emails or a casual call every now and then. When a job opportunity came my Ulises came to mind and I gave him a call. I would find out that this would prove to be the best decision I could have made. From the first he came over to win over my business he was nothing but professional and very relatable. I needed someone that would be able to give me the answers and he exceeded that expectation. He came in with a price that was at the top of the market and said this is where we should start. He was correct. 24 hours after the house hit the market I got (practically) a full offer. We countered, because that's what sellers do and it was accepted. WOW! 24 hour full price offer. I was excited. Ulises knew the best way to show and market my townhouse to the best buyers and this is how we got such a desirable outcome. The rest of the process from escrow, dealing with buyers, canceling utilities and services, or just moving out, Ulises was there and knew it all. The whole process from A to Z was smooth and flawless and if hadn't moved out of the State I would be looking to Ulises to purchase. I have a feeling if I asked him to buy me a house in Florida from California, he would say, "Yea, No problem, Let do this."
