We love Vesta Consulting Group and recommend them to all of our family and friends. They are great to work with, know the local neighborhoods, and provide good honest advice on finding the right home. We spent years looking for our unicorn house. Valerie was patient as we searched and waited for the perfect home to become available. When we finally found the right home, the Vesta team moved quickly and gave us the best chance to get the home - which we did! They helped us navigate through a pretty quick closing, negotiate for some concessions, and successfully closed on our home. They supported us throughout the entire process, and I can’t recommend Valerie and team highly enough!

As both new residents of the metro Atlanta area and first time homebuyers, we were unsure of where and how to start the homebuying process. Thankfully we got connected with Valerie and Vesta Consulting Group after attending a free “Homebuying 101” virtual webinar and they were able to help us with every step along the way! Valerie and her team were so responsive and easy to work with from the get go. They always made time for us to go look at houses, answer our questions via text, phone call, and email, and even recommended activities and events around the city. Their decades of experience definitely showed through their interactions with us as the buyers as well as with selling realtors, lenders, inspectors, etc. — they know their stuff! We had to learn the ins and outs of the process along the way, but Valerie and VCG had all the right tools and resources readily available to help inform our decisions and make sure we truly figured out what would be right and best for us! When I retired this year, I wanted to fulfill a lifetime desire to move and live abroad. I had lived in my home for 26 years, so selling it to move out of the country was a daunting, almost frightening, experience. I needed a realtor who understood my goal and was willing to work with me under the strictures of the process of leaving the US and moving abroad; Valerie and Ariella came highly recommended to me by a close friend and they didn’t disappoint in any way or any step of the process. I’ve not experienced the level of personal care and concern they gave me, and their knowledge of my neighborhood, the market, and the contacts they were able to bring to the table to successfully sell my house sell above listing price were invaluable. The entire process went very smoothly with no drama and in (what I considered) record time, with Valerie and Ariella counseling and keeping me fully informed every step of the way. With this now behind me, I am able to concentrate fully on the next chapter in my life and I owe huge thanks to them for assisting me in this!
