We purchased our first home with Rosario 14 years ago and due to his meticulous attention to details we knew we wanted him to sell our home when the time came. Once we made the decision to sell, Veronica stepped in with her tremendous insight to guide us with staging and preparation. She provided us with an extensive data analysis report to guide us with the appropriate listing price. Veronica communicated greatly during the showing process while Rosario was there to support us during escrow. Rosario and Veronica make a great team. I wish I could give Veronica and Rosario ten stars, because that is what they deserve. I have worked with both of them for nearly 10 years and bought and sold multiple homes with them. They both provided the same level of service and dedication when I was buying my starter home, as they did when we were selling our luxury property. Without fail, Veronica and Rosario always placed our best interest ahead of anything else. When they thought that we were making a hasty or a financially disadvantageous decision, they would let us know, even if it meant that they would have to work much much harder. In our last transaction with them, Veronica visited our home multiple times a year to talk us through our options. When she finally identified the right time to sell, she secured a full ask offer within 4 hours of our first showing, and a back up offer as well. We sold our home for ten percent more than the comps. They made the entire process so painless. In fact, between her charm and brilliance and his sense of humor and reassurance, we were kind of bummed when the process was over. We love them both, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I cannot say enough good things about the Encinas Team. My husband and I met Veronica and Rosario at an open house while we were just starting to look at homes. At the time we were not ready to buy or sell but Veronica kept in touch with us over the next couple years, periodically giving us information about the market. When it came time to sell/buy it was a no brainer who we wanted to use. When we met with them to list our home they were so thorough and were able to provide great advice about what would help us get top dollar for our home. Because of their experience in the industry they were able to thoughtfully answer all of our questions with data to back them up. Selling or buying a home can be so stressful and I'm so grateful we decided to use the Encinas Team. They did a fantastic job marketing our home and we had 7 offers after our first open house. The transaction could not have gone any smoother. They really went above and beyond to help us meet our goals.

As sellers, we weren't too inclined to sink too much money in updating the house before sale. Veronica and Rosario provided honest feedback and the targeted updates needed to help the house stand out. They were right. It wasn't just location, location, and location. The house attracted a lot more eyeballs after the updates and was under contract shortly thereafter. Thank you Veronica & Rosario!

What can I say...Veronica is the best realtor! She has communication skills that are clear. She helped me price my condo reasonably and I ended up getting more than asking price. It sold within 5 days. She understands this market we are in during this pandemic. Even her photographer was stellar. No condo in my complex has ever sold for the price I got. If you listen to her expertise you won't regret it. I am very pleased with the sale of my condo. She made it effortless. Thanks Veronica.
