I was introduced to Wayne after he helped a family friend purchase their home. At the time, I lived several states away and had a lot of stuff to accomplish before I would be ready to buy a home. Wayne, from states away, assisted in selling my home and starting the process of purchasing my new home. From day one of working with Wayne, I could tell he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and had connections to any industry outside of real estate. Wayne was able to assist in finding my dream home, putting together an offer that made both buyer and seller happy, financing the loan, and inspecting the home. Wayne is your guy if you are looking for a professional that will work for you and ensure you are informed and up-to-date in every aspect of real estate. Wayne helped us find and purchase our first i vestments property in the South hills.. He was an absolute joy to work with. Very reaponsive knowledgeable, and personable. We never waited more than a few minutes for him to respond to a call text or email and he was always available when we wanted to run to a property to check it out.

Wayne was more than I was expecting from a real estate agent, he was very accurate with the sales price and went over and above in preparing my home for showing. Extremely responsive & knowledgeable. Could not have been more pleased.

My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Wayne due to our realtor not having time for us. We saw him on a Remax sign for a house we were very interested in... We called him at 5pm on a busy Friday afternoon he promptly answered the phone and said "stay right there I'll be there in 20 min" we arrived in around 15 minutes and was the best. Very informative, took his time, explained everything, made us feel super comfortable. He was our agent when we bought our current house 3 years ago and now he is our agent as we are selling it. He is very sharp, very organized, extremely prompt and professional and has a lot of patience with inexperienced and short attention span buyers and sellers like me. He always makes time for us and doesn't make us feel like we are wasting his time. Wayne is in great healthy shape too and has even given us pointers on how to eat healthier... lol he sends us xmas cards and occasionally stays in touch... Best Real estate agent I've ever met..
