My husband and I met Wendy when she became our landlord and loved her from there. When we randomly found a house we liked that had only been open for showings that weekend Wendy got us in on Monday at 3pm and had our offer written by 5pm! She helped us out each step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and knew what was going on. We are absolutely in love with our house and are still in close contact t with her. You can’t go wrong choosing her as your agent!!!!

Wendy has been wonderful to work with! She provides exceptional customer service, is thorough and keeps you informed. We told her our wants and needs in a house that we were looking for and she helped us find the house we absolutely love and is perfect for us. She is so amazing that we are buying a second house through her! She is honest, trustworthy and knows real estate. We highly recommend Wendy!

Through the process of selling our 10 acre, 3,000 ft. home in Couer d'Alene Idaho, we found Wendy to be a perfectionist, whether it was the descriptive advertising write-up on our home, getting the best pictures possible on Zillow, interviewing prospective buyers before making appointments for a showing, keeping us informed throughout with feedback after each showing and then walking us through the negotiating process and paperwork when the house sold. My husband and I have bought and sold several homes throughout our 21 years of marriage and I have to say that this was one of the smoothest transitions we have ever experienced because of Wendy's attention to details and her concern for us as clients.

Wendy was remarkable. She sold our mother's house in Kellogg within 2 days of listing it. She is very knowledgeable about the local market. Much of our interaction was long distance but she kept us informed, advised, and comfortable with the process. She was also very helpful in coordinating amongst our family, the title company, and the buyers.

Wendy provided comparisons and helped me arrive at a price that satisfied my immediate goals. Wendy provided guidance on home presentation. Wendy was in contact constantly to ensure my goals were being satisfied and to assist in any way possible. Wendy's knowledge of the market and overall process was quite remarkable. The sale was processed in less than three weeks following initial listing.
