My husband and I have always been told, “when something needs to get done, work with professionals,” and Wendy is just that. Buying our first house, felt like such a personal process. And this being our first house, it was achieving a major dream. We wanted to work with someone we could trust and someone who could be straightforward. We came into this process almost a year and a half ago and Wendy remained completely loyal to our vision, was encouraging, she worked hard, fought for you when we needed it, and shared in the enthusiasm of house hunting. Wendy helped us navigate buying a house in Humboldt in a really tough market. We are happy in our new home and so grateful that we had Wendy to help us through the whole process and all the ups and downs that comes with buying a house. She is friendly but at the same time professional. If she doesn’t know a answer, she will find out! She is honest and listens to needs so helped us achieve our requests.
