Arianna helped me purchase my home. She was very easy to work with and was very responsive to all my questions and details. She even provided a format for me to connect with all the utilities and get my services up and running. That was a nice bonus. Arianna is thoughtful and really knows how to get you what you want. Arianna was very responsive to and timely so that my offer transaction was smooth and she got me the home I wanted. I think if you were buying or selling that you would do very well with Arianna. I highly recommend Arianna.

Arianna was very responsive from the moment I requested to schedule a viewing. She contacted me immediately, was very persistent about getting a viewing scheduled when the sellers kept cancelling and was very good about answering the zillion questions I had throughout the whole buying process. She was very knowledgeable about all things real estate, and if she didn’t know the answer to something she knew just who to ask. Lastly, she went above and beyond by negotiating for the hot tub outside of the main contract, which was not her responsibility but something she took on anyway. Thanks for helping us buy our dream house, Arianna!

Wendy is the best real estate agent I ever worked with. Her knowledge of the local market is phenomenal. She quickly honed in on my needs as a buyer and found my forever home. She knew what I wanted before I had clarity and found the perfect home for me. She is a problem solver, collaborator, and has excellent relationships with other local brokers.
