Marcie is a fantastic listing agent. She is extremely proactive, responsive, and ethical in a challenging field. Someone else in our neighborhood used her as a buying agent, and they were so pleased that we decided to use her as our listing agent. We had absolutely no regrets, and we've bought and sold a number of homes in 30 years in many different states. Simply put, Marcie made this sale transpire seamlessly from listing to closing.

Marcie with eXp Realty helped me find my first house and was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process! She is thorough and always on top of her game. I was so nervous about finding something in my price range in this market, but she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made sure that my offer stood out and got accepted. She really knows her stuff and is such a kind, genuine person, which took all the stress out of finding a place to call home. She was never pushy, took the time to explain every detail, and was very responsive if I ever needed anything. We worked with Brandy Defount and she was absolutely amazing from day 1. We were not yet working with a realtor, but had inquired about a specific property with several agencies and Brandy was the only one who reached out directly to the contractor and had an answer for us in 24 hours, and offer in, and then put our house on the market as soon as we were ready to go. She gave us open houses at high search times, promoted our home on all social media accounts, followed up with additional advertising, and we had an offer before our 72 hour contingency ended! She is so personable and you can reach her literally any time of day by email, call, or text and she will answer. We are so grateful for an easy transition and for Brandy getting us into our dream home with no complications. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.

This was our first time buying a home, and going in to the experience was very daunting to say the least. I originally had had a realtor who worked with a different organization, he answered every other day, and kind of had me feel dumb for some of the questions I had. Thankfully we decided to try the realtor who was showing the next property we were to see. Stacey Gonzales was who we met with, right off the back the experience didnt feel pressuring, rather it seemed to make sure it met what we were looking for. We saw about 3 houses, and closed on our home roughly a month after meeting with Stacey and her team. Definitely the best choice for a friendly experience, and who truly feel dedicated to finding your home.
