I contacted Yessenia before moving on island and she helped me find a fabulous rental while we looked for a place to buy. She knows the island inside and out and her knowledge helped me choose just the right location to buy and she negotiated a fantastic price! She handled so many of the details, it was almost effortless on my part! Yessenia is very professional, personable, and just a joy to work with! I would recommend her in a second!

Buying a home is a very stressful time especially when it's your first time. I know for a fact Yessenia made this process easier and way less stressful. She has always been there when my wife and I have questions. Her responses were always quick and when she didn't have the answer (which was hardly ever) she would always follow up until she did. Yessenia treated us like family and because of that she will always be part of mine.

Yessenia, was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped us find our recently purchased 3 bedroom condo (March 2017). Yessenia is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and the entire real estate transaction process. She had guided us through this process with ease. One of Yessenia's greatest qualities is her ability to communicate. I had first contacted her via email in the evening requesting her assistance and I received a reply almost immediately.
