Katy is a Chicago native who is very familiar with the neighborhood we were looking to buy a home in. As first time home buyers, she was very patient and helpful in explaining the whole process to us. She not only accompanied us to all the homes we were interested in but kept an eye out for properties that she thought would be a good fit. As stressful as home buying can be, she made sure to make it as smooth as possible.

Katy was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was with me every step of the way. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She welcomed all of my questions and taught me along the way. I initially was just looking -not really knowing what the possibilities were and then BOOM, I saw the 2nd property and felt it was the one for me. She provided a variety of referrals for the support I needed in the home buying process and left the choice 100% up to me. Katy made herself available and was patient and understanding with my work schedules and also respectful of my time with family. She followed up during and after the process <3. I highly recommend Katy. She’s got a lot of energy and is ridiculously knowledgeable. She’s motivated, kind, organized and professional.
