Great experience working with Alex both buying and selling. Responsiveness was immaculate, and I could tell Alex really cared about getting me the best offer possible for the sell and in to the best possible house for the buy. In the beginning of the buying process I was looking at a few houses; two I liked and one I wasn't too impressed by, just based on photos. I planned on going to see the two I like better, but Alex recommended I look at the third house as well. We fell in love with it the moment we walked in, and we wouldn't be here if it weren't for Alex!

The Bay Area real estate buying experience can be very trying, but Alex made our experience easier than we thought it could have been. Alex's knowledge of the various areas within Marin County allowed us to feel educated about the different neighborhoods during the search process. In a time with very limited inventory, Alex was still able to show us a good volume of places and helped guide us through the process of evaluation. Ultimately, Alex found us a pocket listing in our favorite neighborhood that we ended up buying.
