Simply AMAZING!! Allen and Lauren were everything you could want as a buyer. They were responsive, thorough, patient, knowledgeable and adept/realistic about negotiation. We had been through several realtors until we found Allen and Lauren and could not have asked for more. We hope to live in our home for a long long time, but when it’s time to look or sell we know exactly who we’re going to!

Lauren and Allen rock! They took what is normally a stressful, protracted, and frustrating process and made it enjoyable! My family and I recently relocated from the Bay Area down to LA. We didn't know the neighborhoods aside from internet research and Google maps so we initially felt we were drawing blind. Once we connected with Lauren and Allen, everything came into focus. They helped us identify a few target neighborhoods that met our criteria and price range by providing honest, raw information on the areas. Lauren and Allen curated one full day’s worth of house hunting (our preference) where we saw nine properties across our five interested target neighborhoods which helped zero in on Culver City, where we ultimately bought. Lauren and Allen’s constant energy and endless knowledge made the day fly by and put us at ease that we could not only find a house in LA but a place we could really call our home. With the focus on Culver City – an area that Lauren and Allen are location experts in – the process went fast. They remained our “boots on the ground” and “advanced” places that fit our criteria – even sending fully narrated videos of several properties. This way, we could limit the number of trips to LA. During the purchase process, Allen and Lauren kept us informed on the expectations and steps. They also provided needed context when we experienced delays with our lender. We’re now thrilled to call Culver City our home – and grateful to call Lauren and Allen friends!

We cannot recommend Lauren and Allen highly enough! They studiously listened to our priorities, presented us with a thoughtfully curated selection of listings, made themselves constantly available for house visitations and assessments, provided insights and advice on the financial potential for each property, and responded to any request or question immediately. Most importantly, they negotiated an incredible deal on a dream home for far below list price and guided two first time homebuyers through every step of the process. They made the whole experience not just pleasant but fun, and we ultimately got a great deal as a result of their expertise!

I can’t say enough about the character of these two individuals. They deliver! I was in the process of looking for a place to lease and somehow I was lucky enough to apply to a listing they were representing. The response time was impeccable...immediately engaged with me and answered all my questions. Then offered other comparable listings and booked an entire half day of showings for us. Each one was within our desired area and price range. I honestly was shocked at the level of client service we received. (We’re leasing not buying...(felt like I wanted to remind them) I mean there can’t be much in it for them at this level. Anyway our experience was above and beyond our expectations. They listened to our needs and showed compassion to our situation. Also they aren’t afraid to speak up on their clients behal during negotiations. I felt they truly had their pulse on the market. Again I’m greatful I found them and look forward to the time I purchase because they’ll be my 1st call when I’m ready. Thank again !

Lauren and Allen go above and beyond to ensure that their client is totally comfortable and satisfied with their real estate decisions. This is because they are transparent and honest about their opinions and recommendations and quick to understand their clients requirements. They have a very strong work ethic and their response to any request is instantaneous. Allen's strong financial and analytical skills are highly complemented by Lauren's marketing abilities and great people skills making them an outstanding team to work with. I was very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in the market for purchasing or selling real estate.
