Had a great experience working with Dan on the recent purchase of a home in Playa Vista. He was a total pro with exceptional knowledge of the market. He did a great job of narrowing the options to focus on properties that best suited my preferences. He was calm, cool and extremely helpful when we hit some roadblocks in the closing process. Highly recommended.

If I could add a star I would - these are the best realtors I've ever dealt with! Kind, honest, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, resourceful, responsive. Both condos I've bought and sold in Santa Monica have been messy affairs and Dan and Charlee were there for me every step of the way. They helped me brainstorm creative solutions and were not afraid to tell me when something was unlikely to work. For one of the escrows I was out of state and Dan went so far above and beyond with the on-the-ground details I didn't have to fly in once, such a lifesaver. I'm so grateful for their encouragement and willingness to ride the real estate roller coaster with me - we joked that I get all hunched over with my eyes squeezed shut, while they always have their hands in the air with big smiles. Dan and Charlee know this area and the business inside and out, I highly recommend hiring them for any real estate transaction.

They delivered us an incredible sales price while making the process simple and easy for us throughout. Dan and Charlee recently sold our townhome in Santa Monica. They were professional, consistently kept us updated and were more than willing to go the extra mile to see that the transaction was a success. Nessels are amazing. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, proactive and diligent. Great person to work with and he was patient when I had a lot of questions. Highly recommend. I’m a first time homebuyer and Dan talked me through each phase. He learned my preferences and found listings suitable for me. And walked me through each phase of offers, counter offers, escrow, etc as we proceeded through each stage. The selling agent, escrow agent and lenders conveyed they worked well with Dan too.
