Allison is AMAZING to work with and if I ever have to buy another house I would use her as my real estate agent again! She is patient, prompt, knows what she is doing, and always worked to find me the best possible deal. I had some strange requests and she made it work!

Allison was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and empathic during our time with her as our realtor! Moving to a new state with two toddlers began as a stressful process, but it was made one million times better knowing that we had Allison on our side. She (and her team) were simply fantastic, I have already recommended them to everyone I know who is in the process of buying/selling their home. We are thrilled with our new home and could not thank them enough. She went above and beyond to help us with virtual tours as well as work around our very difficult schedule as out-of-state buyers. Huge thank you to Allison Deal on helping us get a home in record time! Her creative and personable touch made all the difference. We were out of state buyers and she bent over backwards to ensure we got to see the homes we wanted at our convenience. She was our fierce advocate and we would highly suggest working with her. Did we mention this was the SECOND home we bought with Allisons help? She is so good we had to come back! Thwo big thumbs up!

From house to home, Nikki McCain takes you there and beyond. I had been keeping tabs on the Minneapolis West Metro area for about 5 years now, always hoping but not quite ready to make my hopes into a reality. After I was pre-approved for a home loan, I was referred to Nikki McCain as "one of the top 10% of Real Estate Agents" and boy were they right! Nikki open about her history as a real estate lawyer and his mission as a real estate agent now, and helped me a great deal in establishing trust in my agent and getting comfortable in making such a monumental purchase. She held my hand every step of the way, and I feel we developed not just a rapport, but Nikki became a confidant throughout the few months I've worked with her. I was buying from California, and she offered to represent me where she felt it was possible, but also advised me on when *the important visits* happened and I had to be there. This happened often where she spoke truthfully and candidly when I asked about the locations of certain houses, or feelings about a listing. She would give me her opinions as an agent and the pros and cons in such a detailed way that it made things easy. She was experience, and confident with not only the house buying process but the unique challenges I faced as someone living out of state who just wanted to come back home. I lost out on TWO possibilities because I was flip flopping, worried about putting down an offer on houses I couldn't immediately go to but she stuck with me, and when the right house came along I could only jump on it because of the support of my real estate agent. "I have a strategy" Nikki would say, or she had a "trick" up her sleeve to ensure the initial offer and bid process went by smoothly, to approach inspection, or ways to think about return on investment opportunities when looking at a house. We had driveway moments where she would strategize with me on the next steps. When concerns were brought up, such as trees that needed trimming, Radon that needed mitigating, gutters that needed installing, she would always "have a guy" that she would be able to confidently refer once the time came for those to be addressed- I felt that I was not only benefitting from a good agent, but a community she had built up over the years because of her experience. She was *always* on it, and was able to talk to, and understand every aspect of this purchase. I can tell you forever the ways Nikki helped me, the literal doors she opened to me, but I cannot express to you in words how much that means to me. I started out hoping for a house. I ended up with a home, and hopefully a friend. Thank you Nikki, I owe you a really good bottle of wine, and these doors will always be open to you.

Allison Deal is “real” and will get you the best DEAL. Behind Allison’s open smile and quiet presence rests an incredibly assertive and extremely competent business woman with excellent people skills. The best realtor we have ever worked with! Allison intuitively knows both buyer and seller. She goes the extra mile and then a few hundred more! She assisted us by staging our home to attract best offer, which we received within one day after our home was listed. Allison then helped us negotiate a counter-offer higher than the listing price, all without stress and complications. From the time we accepted the offer until closing, Allison was always there for us, showing compassion, anticipating our needs, always initiating the conversation and asking how she could help during a stressful period in our lives.
