In the past, I've purchased other properties and worked with other realtors. Hands down, working with Lance Berwald provided the best home buying experience I have ever had. With the insane velocity of home purchases in a low inventory market, Lance diligently coordinated with sellers and our schedules to make things work and allow us to be first to view homes. Lance (and team) is awesome! We were moving cross country, and he made the process easy. He took the time to walk us through the process and what to inspect, was responsive to our many questions, arranged multiple virtual tours, negotiated a great deal, knew who to work with on inspections/due diligence, and ensured the closing went smoothly. Lance was extremely helpful in helping me sell my fathers home, which was part of an estate. He took his time to explain the entire process from the sellers end. He directed me in exactly what needed to be done in order to get the property on the market and get top dollar for it. I will definitely be using Lance when I sell my home.
