Alyssa did a superior job as my seller agent. Her communication was frequent and helpful. Her knowledge of current market conditions was very valuable throughout the selling process. I don't think you will find another agent that will work harder for you than her.

I was referred to Alyssa by several coworkers and friends in the area. As a first-time home buyer, I was clueless and nervous. Her expertise from many years in the area/industry and genuine care provided peace of mind throughout the process. Excellent broker, I would recommend her to family and friends. My experience with Alyssa, was very enjoyable. She listened to what I needed and wanted in a new home and also the neighborhood. When we went to see the homes she had information on the neighborhood and the surrounding areas that we as a buyer would really want to know. When it come came time to put in a quote she is very knowledgeable on the contract that we needed to fill out and she is very good at explaining things to you again I would recommend her to anyone especially anyone looking for a home in Horry County and the surrounding areas he is one of the best.
