Amanda worked with us for well over a year on the buying and selling process. When we lost hope, she didn't. We had a very specific needs list and didn't give her much area to work with either. But she found us our perfect house. Then when it came time we listed our first home. This wasn't any first home as it was built by my grandparents and was in the family since. She was AMAZING to work with. Amanda is very patient and understanding. Her communication and negotiation skills were top notch. She made the process so easy and considering we bought and sold during a pandemic, that wasn't an easy task. Even now after the close of both houses she checks in and sees how she can help. If you want a realtor that goes above and beyond, Amanda is your girl!
