Meagan became like apart of the family! She got to know us and what we liked and found the perfect home for us! She is honest and won’t let you purchase something she doesn’t think is a good fit. She works around your schedule and doesn’t make you feel like a burden. She truly is amazing!

Meagan was a huge blessing to my fiancé and I during our first home buying experience! She was wonderful at working with our schedules and getting us in to see the houses that we were interested in. She was honest, trustworthy and always had our back no matter the situation. On top of all that, after we had closed on our new home we ran into an issue with our cooling unit. I reached out to Meagan to see if she had any advice for us and she went above and beyond and worked with out home warranty company directly to ensure that they would cover repair costs!! She is simply wonderful and we would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

I had received a flyer in the mail prior to choosing Meagan. When she came to my house the very first time, she impressed me with her knowledge of sales. I showed her around my house and property. She sat down with me and talked about my plans and what I needed from my house. Meagan suggested ways to impress potential buyers, like clearing off cabinets, rearranging the furniture and the placement of my plants. Several days later I signed the papers she brought over and we set up a time for the professional photographer to come that Wednesday. Meagan and I decided to have my first open house that Sunday. Meagan listed my house in the MLS on Thursday. By Friday I already had 3 showings for Saturday. On Saturday I received a 4 showing and 2 calls for showings on Sunday the day of the open house. Sunday I received another call for a showing on Monday. By Sunday night Meagan called to tell me I had 3 offers on the table. I wanted to give the Monday people a chance to see the house, so waited until Monday night to meet up with Meagan to go over the offers. I chose the right offer for me after Meagan explained each offer. Meagan is not only a professional realtor but is now a friend of mine. She's a warm caring individual who works hard for her clients.

Meagan, along with her sister Michelle, worked unbelievably hard for us in finding our condo. Time and effort was no problem for them and when we would get confused, they lead us through every situation. To us, house hunting is not a fun experience. They, however, made it enjoyable and got us to the end. Our thanks and respect go out to them for the work they do so well. Michael & Sheryl Koch

Megan did a great job selling our house! Her familiarity with the area helped to get us a offer on our home. We had a real timeframe to meet and Megan helped us to do that.
