Brittney was very knowledgeable regarding the current market and value of my property, she helped me set the price and checked in with me regularly to encourage me as I progressed in readying the house for say, after 43 years there was a lot to do! When it came to negotiation she was confident and encouraging as we evaluated the offer and determined realistic response and she got the sale.
