Brittney was very knowledgeable regarding the current market and value of my property, she helped me set the price and checked in with me regularly to encourage me as I progressed in readying the house for say, after 43 years there was a lot to do! When it came to negotiation she was confident and encouraging as we evaluated the offer and determined realistic response and she got the sale. Great experience I’ll call Brittney and refer my friends to her, she just made the whole experience so relaxed.
