Amber stayed on top of challenging negotiations and helped us close the deal. She was able to close the deal quickly too. She also found the house we bought. We will definitely work with her again in the future for any real estate transactions.

Amber was absolutely Amazing!! From the very first telephone conversation I knew she would get our home sold. It was listed on the market on a Friday and Sold the very next day. We were simply amazed at the number of people who came to see our home. She responds fast to emails and phone calls and that means a lot because she has many clients. Will definitely recommend her to friends, family and colleagues looking to buy or sell their home.

Amber is amazing! I sent out a request for agents in my area, and she was the ONLY one who contacted me immediately by text AND email. (I actually had some agents who waited days or even a WEEK to get back in touch with me!) In less than a month she listed my property, kept in touch daily, very professionally negotiated a price far above what I was expecting, and sold the house. The property is currently rented, so she acted as go-between with the Tenant, my property managers, the buyers, and me. I was never confused and knew exactly what was going on at all times. I couldn't have asked for a better (or more lucrative!) experience. She knows her stuff and she gets things accomplished. I wish I could give her more than five stars!!!

Amber was incredibly helpful in listing and selling my condo. Competent, energetic, and personable, she totally understood the market in my area and was knowledgeable in every aspect of the selling process -- networking effectively with other professionals, answering all my questions, and prioritizing my responsibilities.
