She is very capable and professional with a lot of experience. It was so smooth for the whole sell process. She was in charge of everything from deep cleaning to power wash to lawnmower to make sure the house ready after I moved out.

Anny was incredible. She shared with us all the information about the buying process with detailed nuances. She suggested great local mortgage lenders, home inspectors and attorneys. She was very responsive in communication. The last but not the least she provided guidance in the bidding strategy for the houses which was very useful in the sellers' market at that time. Our overall experience working with Anna was superb.

Anna was so amazing to work with. We were moving to New York from 2,225 miles away and found her through Google. We spoke many times over the phone and through text & email, sending listings and details on what we were looking for. We even had video call walkthroughs for a few houses, to maximize the little time we would have in person. Over the next few days after we arrived in New York for the first time ever, Anna and I saw many many houses, one right after the other. We mapped them out the days prior and she was well prepared with information and connecting with the realtors. Some I even sprang on her last minute and she took them all in stride. She was able to find all the answers to the questions we had. She pointed out flaws and concerns in each house and gave advice and insights about the different areas. We looked from Niskayuna and Schenectady all the way up to Saratoga Springs and Wilton. Each time we met with her, she was as patient and kind as ever; in it for the long haul. We were there for a week and had at least a dozen showings before I had to fly back to be with my kids. We put an offer down on a house and she was able to continue working with us online and via phone with the inspections and negotiations. At the tail end of when we were in New York, she had to go out of town to be with family and I worked with her backup realtor who was amazing as well. The first backup wasn't great, so I was honest and told Anna my concerns and she gladly brought in the other realtor. We had an offer accepted on a house that we saw on the first day, but we wanted to make sure it was the right one, so we kept seeing houses until we felt confident it was the right one for us. I really appreciated the time and care she took to make sure we had as smooth an experience as possible. And we love our new home. It has turned an all around scary & intense move into a lovely one. Anna and her calming presence played a huge role in that. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and reliable realtor: Anna is the one for you.
