Bangliang and Del are excellent realtors. They are very professional and have sound knowledge about the local market. They guided and helped us through staging house, analyzing comparable sales, setting sale price, communicating well with buyer's agent and got sale smoothly. Beyond that, they also helped us to move out and clean the house because our tight time and long distance moving. They are so care about you! We highly recommend Bangliang and Del!!!

Del and Banglian has help us find our 1st home. Though the process of looking a perfect home was stressful, Del made it feel easy for us. He’s very patient, explained to us the process and always pleasant. Del is always available 24/7 if we need him either with questions or concerns.
