Baris is an absolute professional when it comes to understanding the Boston market. We were unsure about when and how we should sell our home, particularly because of the rising interest rates. He gave us candid, and very helpful, information so that we could make a good decision. It was clearly the right move, because we were able to get the right offer within a few weeks. They came in and staged and did a virtual walkthrough of the property. Truly a team of professionals. His partner, Gabriel, was also very attentive and provided support throughout the open houses. I would also highly recommend the staging team (Suhan and Elif!) they had who had a super eye for making the home beautiful and appear like something out of a magazine. If you want your home sold quickly and at the right price, go with Baris.

We noticed that Baris had sold a house in the neighborhood so we asked him to drop by and look at ours. He was intelligent, funny, and very hard working. He helped us come up with the right sales price, and was very diligent and trustworthy at every step of the way. He even installed smoke alarms and got the fire department to sign off on them and then attended the closing. Highest recommendations.
