Matt was incredibly my niece gave me his information and I called him , very professional , he knows what he is doing a called , he answered right away , introduced myself and my wife and tell him who gave his contact , in two weeks , he closed the deal on the townhouse we buy in Lynn Ma , before that one he show me a private walk though ,definitely he knows his work and how he deal with the costumer, incredibly he was a good luck and always give thanks to me niece for him , if reach to him , I tell the truth dont be disappointing

Our experience with Matt was 10/10 from beginning to end! The amount of effort he put in to ensure that we had as little stress as possible both selling our home and buying a new home was unmatched, it was the most positive real estate experience we have ever had! Matt is extremely communicative, and was available for all of our questions, and his market knowledge was incredible. He was very in tune with what was happening in the current market and we couldn't have done this without his guidance and assistance at every step of the process. He was extremely kind and professional while also able to firmly negotiate when needed. He ensured that he tailored his communication with both my husband and myself knowing we had different schedules and communication preferences. He was always available for questions, a showing, and was extremely communicative with all individuals involved in this process as well. I would recommend Matt hands down to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Matt was incredible. He and his team guided us through the entire process with clear communication and always kept us in the loop. He was very quick to respond and he was patient with us as it was our first time selling our home.
