I worked with Juan as my agent to rent out an apartment in my 2 family home. It was my first time working with a realtor for a rental, and Juan made it a very easy, fast and stress-free experience. He was responsive, detailed and had the apartment rented in just a few days. I would highly recommend Juan to any prospective clients.

Juan was great and very service oriented! We bought a house in an area that he wasn't normally working as a realtor, but he made all the trips and chatted up realtors and was excellent at getting information and advocating for us in the home buying process! We'd definitely work with Juan again!

If there is ever a moment in your home search that you find yourself defeated and want to give up on your search - REACH OUT TO JUAN ! He will seriously take the second guessing out of the equation and make sure you find your perfect home !!!! He’s attentive, honest , and really looks out for you when going to home viewings . There were things I didn’t even think to look for when home searching lol bittersweet to know we finally found our home , but now have to let him go and help some more people ! 10/10 will recommend Juan over and over again !
