Mrs. Baldwin was a constant support, always there for us. She answered all of our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. Beth was very responsive and organized in each and every step of our home buying process which made it super simple and easy. We were first time homebuyers and did not have much idea of the entire buying process but she explained each and every step in detail. She always used respond to all of our questions even when she was out of town. I highly recommend her especially if you’re a first time home buyer.

Beth did a stellar job assisting us with the purchase of a home in Providence Forge. Throughout our home search, she was extremely attentive to the features that were most important to us in finding the right house. Our new home has all of the amenities we were seeking and the location and lot are perfect for our needs, including a beautiful fenced yard for our dog. Beth was instrumental in arranging for us to quickly see the house we ultimately purchased, just as it was coming onto the market, and guided us in putting together an offer that we were comfortable with. We're also thankful for Beth's suggestions for local services/contractors, as we are new to the area.
