Working with Joel Kulaga was a great experience! Joel's knowledge of the local market and his expertise in the real estate industry were evident from the moment we met. My daughter and I were visiting family in Florida this past July and decided to begin our home search as we were seriously considering relocating to Florida in the near future. From the very first time we met Bill he was warm, engaging and very professional. He went above and beyond to arrange showings around our schedule. He was very knowledgeable about each piece of real estate he showed us. If we had a question that he couldn’t answer he sought out the appropriate people to provide us with answers. He made himself readily available to us and encouraged us to call him anytime with any questions/concerns.When we found our dream home, Bill worked quickly to secure it for us and stayed with us through the entire process. We closed on our home four weeks later. Needless to say it was an incredibly stressful time but Bill was always there to advise us, walk us through the process, and provide the occasional but much needed pep talk! I would highly recommend Bill to any of my friends/family looking to relocate to Florida.

My husband and I needed to move in less than two months from Miami to St Pete but didn't had time to travel to see the different options. Bill from the fisrt contact had a clear idea of what we were looking for and searched daily for options. He went to make virtual tours for us of the properties we were interestd on. He always answered in a very short time no matter what day of the week was to any questions or requests we had. Thanks to Bill we had good options to chose from and finally bought the property that was the best for us. Now we are very happy where we are living. We can't speak highly enough with our experience with Bill. He was very responsive, kind, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend!
