Sam is an absolutely incredible realtor! I’m gonna let this be a little bit lengthy because when you’re buying a home, you wanna know everything is legit, including your realtor. I have a wife, 2 kids and one on the way and didn’t foresee us buying a house for a while. When we looked at a rental with Sam, he steered us away from it because he saw what we wanted, saw our potential and said that even if we go with someone else down the road, just to wait until we saved for our down payment. He wasn’t in it for a quick buck, he encouraged us to do what was actually good for us. He left such an impression that over half a year later, we contacted him again saying we were ready to start looking to buy. He enthusiastically took on the task, and began showing us homes. There were some we liked in pictures, he’d get there ahead of time and call us saying “Guys, this is NOT the one for you,” and he was right each time. That in itself was huge to me. Some he liked but if we weren’t feeling it, he was already 10 steps ahead. Finally we walked into the house we now own, and right away he goes “This one seems perfect for you!” And it was. The entire process was smooth, surprisingly stress free, and he had recourses for us at every turn, (Especially his recommendation on our lender and the 1% down program was a big deal). Sam was always early, always well dressed, always professional, and always encouraging. He gave us priority when we were with him and never rushed us, he picked up our calls right away, and did whatever it took to make everything work out on our schedule. 10/10 recommend, and I’ve already given his contact info to 6 close friends. Well done, Sam. As well as satisfied home buyers, you’ve earned some friends.

Sam is absolutely USELESS to work with! I've asked him for photos of a house as I was hours away and he said he would see what he could do. He did NOTHING. The next day I find out they are taking offers by 5pm for demolition.

Dealing with the real estate process as a first time seller can be a rollercoaster ride, but Sam made the experience very smooth and positive. He was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process, super communicative at anytime of the day, reliable, honest, welcoming to any question or concern I had, extremely reassuring, and I feel he genuinely looked out for my best interest as a client. He advocated for me the whole way through. I can’t recommend him enough to other people. He is a phenomenal realtor who will truly go above and beyond for his clients.

Rob was absolutely amazing! As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. We didn't know anything about the process going in. Rob did an amazing job helping guide us through it all. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. He was ready and available almost immediately when we needed. He got us into a beautiful home in the end. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience! So many people tried to recommend their own realtors to us throughout the process but I am so happy we stuck with Rob. 100/10 stars. I will always recommend him.

Hussein was amazing in helping us find our first home! From start to finish, he made the process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to find something that met our expectations. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and would highly recommend using Hussein!
