Brian is not just an amazing realtor, he is also a guy with a lot of integrity and heart. My mother first met Brian when he was showing someone else a house and we were just driving around looking. She got connected with him and he began to look for a new home for my parents. My husband and I would go look with them and we were so impressed with Brian’s knowledge and how he looked out for my parents. He would point out concerns to us that we might not have noticed. He was more concerned about them getting a good house than just getting a sale. So when we decided to sell our house and move, we called him. He went above and beyond for us as we got the house ready to list. He never pressured us about time or anything. He was just always ready to help when we needed it. He expertly walked us through the whole process and made a very stressful time a lot more peaceful. He has been such a blessing to have in our lives. I highly recommend him whether you are looking to buy or sell. You won’t regret it.

Brian St. Clair is phenomenal. We found him through a friend that had worked with Brian to purchase a house. I was immediately impressed with his construction knowledge as he advised our friend on red flag items she should be looking for while viewing houses. We immediately contacted Brian when we decided to sell our home a few years later. He helped us get a great offer on our home in Fort Worth and then he was so patient with us while we looked for our new home in Carrollton. When we found ourselves in a position to need sell that house we didn't hesitate to reach out to him again. Once again he proved to be the best person to assist us as we forged ahead with the process selling one house and buying a new home that better suited our needs. Anytime we can, we're always happy to recommend this amazing realtor.

Brian did an excellent job helping us buy a house in Fort Worth in one week. He was organized and efficient, and managed to show us 40 houses during the week that we were in town. He walked us through every step of the way while handling all the logistics, simply allowing us to focus on what we want in a house. Additionally, he is a former contractor and was able to use that knowledge to help us find a well constructed house. He was always professional, kind, and courteous. He always responded to questions promptly. He was so dedicated to ensuring that this process went smoothly, that he took time out of a vacation to ensure that there were no issues after we closed. I highly recommend working with Brian if you need to buy a house here in the DFW area!

We moved to Texas from another state four months ago and we now own a beautiful house in Fort Worth. Couldn't have asked for a better experience as a first-time home buyer. We were lucky enough to have Brian St. Clair as our buyer’s agent who I would recommend to anyone. Brian was cool, confident, and knows the Fort Worth and Tarrant County housing market like nobody else. Brian helped us through every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and super patient. He was knowledgeable and responsive. Looked out for our best interest and thorough while explaining all the necessary steps. Most importantly, patiently showed us many houses, listening to my niche requirements. His reliability and friendly attitude made the process more comfortable for us than I would have imagined a house search might be. Very professional and courteous realtor and he didn't put any pressure on us at any time. He made himself available working holidays, late nights, and 7 days a week. He was very responsive with email and text. Brian answered all our questions throughout the process and always gave fantastic but honest advice. He's just amazing, transparent, clear in communication, gave great practical suggestions and never tired, always available, enthusiastic and gives his 100%, He was wonderful in following-up the seller or the seller’s agent to get answers for any of our questions. It was a pleasure working with him. Highly recommended! When we went under contract, Brian suggested various excellent inspectors to do an evaluation on the property. He was very resourceful. He was excellent in negotiation with the seller’s agent and the seller and got us good $$$ for the repairs identified by the home inspectors. We really enjoyed our home buying experience with Brian and recommend him to anyone.

Brian has done an amazing job working really hard to help us get a great selling price for our parents house. He was in constant communication with all three of us(children). He was very diligent in making sure he found the right party to buy this wonderful house that my parents bought new 60 years ago. It meant so much to us to get the right buyer and Brian made that happen. I will recommend Brian to anyone that needs such a great realtor.
